LE Trade In Beretta

I ordered with confidence from GunPrime as I have done in the past. The 92D arrived as I expected---a used LE Duty Firearm. The system checks proved positive and the outside condition was with some scuffs and holster wear as expected. When I went to exit the magazine from the magazine well, it was a difficult withdrawl. Reasonably so, because the magazine was significantly corroded. Fortunately, a cleanup of the magazine well revealed no significant damage to the pistol. I took a photo of the magazine and sent it in an e-mail to GunPrime. A follow up phone call with a brief conversation call resulted in a solution. GunPrime agreed to send a replacement magazine. This they did without question. I received a new magazine AND a new-in-bag Beretta pistol case. Way to go, GunPrime ---Great product, at a great price with outstanding Customer Service when there was a problem.
