Description
This is an Authentic Colt Blackpowder Series reproduction of the legendary 1860 Army .44 caliber percussion revolver, produced under Colt’s supervision in the 1970s–1990s. These revolvers are prized for their quality, correct markings, and classic Colt case-hardening and blue finishes—much closer to the originals than modern Italian reproductions.
This example features a beautiful case-hardened steel frame, high-polish blued barrel and cylinder, and smooth walnut grips. The revolver appears lightly handled, with no obvious signs of firing. The case colors remain vivid, the cylinder and barrel retain deep blue, and edges appear sharp. Included is the original Colt Blackpowder Series box, which shows wear but remains intact.
The visible serial number is 210973, matching the “Authentic Colt Blackpowder Series” production range.
