Used Weatherby Vanguard VGX Deluxe .22-250 Remington – 24-Inch Barrel

This Weatherby Vanguard VGX Deluxe is a classic Japanese-made bolt-action sporting rifle chambered in the fast, flat-shooting .22-250 Remington cartridge. It features a 24-inch blued barrel, polished metalwork and a highly figured walnut stock with a raised Monte Carlo comb, cheekpiece and contrasting fore-end and grip-cap treatments.

The stock is finished in Weatherby’s traditional high-gloss style and features skip-line checkering through the grip and forearm. Additional details include contrasting spacers, a diamond-shaped grip-cap inlay, ventilated recoil pad, sling-swivel studs and factory-style scope bases. The rifle’s serial number is VX00641.

This example appears to remain in very good overall condition. The wood retains strong gloss and attractive figure, while the blued metal shows only light handling evidence. The VGX Deluxe was produced with a 24-inch barrel, high-gloss wood and metal finishes, rosewood-style accents and skip-line checkering.
